There will be an open house for the public at 83 Sweetland Avenue, which is slated for renovations this Summer/Fall. Sam Almsaddi, a member of the ASH Board, is a developer who wishes to declare that he has an interest in developing various properties in the community and 83 Sweetland is one of said properties. The open house is being offered as an opportunity to address the community’s concerns about Mr. Almsaddi’s intentions and the appropriateness of his being on the Board or being involved with any committees related to planning and development.
Mr. Almsaddi will be on site at the open house. He will answer any questions regarding the project and to discuss any of your concerns.

Saturday, June 1, 2013 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Sunday, June 2, 2013 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
