Apologies as I was sure I had responded previously. I volunteer in the Sandy Hill area weekly and see the potential. While it would fall more to your individual Ward Councillor, yes I believe Council should assist in revitalizing any community area that wishes to take those steps.At this time though I do not have a plan for your area as revitalization is individual on an area by area basis.
