Planning Primer for Secondary Planning and the Uptown Rideau Community Design Plan Review

The City of Ottawa will hold a Planning Primer* on Wednesday, April 30th for the Secondary Planning and the Uptown Rideau Community Design Plan Review. This session will be held at the Rideau Library (377 Rideau Street) and it will be a lectured-base presentation about Secondary Planning at the City of Ottawa with a specific focus on the Uptown Rideau CDP Review. The focus of this session will be to provide information on land use planning and more specifically, the Secondary Planning process in Ottawa so that residents, landowners and businesses will have a better understanding of the Uptown Rideau CDP Review project.

One only needs to register for one of the three offered timeslots. Registration is limited to 20 people and is on a first come, first serve basis. Additional sessions may be added in the future, if necessary. You can register by sending an email to planning@ottawa.ca and indicating which timeslot you would like to register for. You will receive an email from Melanie Knight confirming your registration.

Au mercredi 30 avril , la Ville d’Ottawa présentera un Abécédaire de l’aménagement* sur le processus de planification secondaire à la Ville d’Ottawa dans le cadre plus particulier de l’examen du Plan de conception communautaire du secteur est de la rue Rideau. La séance aura lieu à la Succursale Rideau de la Bibliothèque publique d’Ottawa, sous forme d’exposé magistral, vise à informer les participants sur le processus de planification d’utilisation du sol et, plus particulièrement, sur le processus de planification secondaire à Ottawa afin de permettre aux résidents, aux propriétaires fonciers et aux entreprises de mieux comprendre en quoi consiste le projet d’examen du PCC du secteur est de la rue Rideau.

Vous n’avez qu’à choisir une seule des plages horaires proposées ci-dessous. Le nombre de places est limité à 20 personnes et les inscriptions suivent le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Des séances additionnelles pourraient être offertes au besoin. Pour vous inscrire, envoyez un courriel à planning@ottawa.ca, en prenant le soin d’indiquer la plage horaire de votre choix.
