To maintain an active dialogue with community residents, developers, municipal authorities, the Committee of Adjustment and the Ontario Municipal Board to help resolve development issues and to ensure that the vibrant residential character of our inner-city neighbourhood is preserved.  ASH is the community association with which City planners must consult about development or redevelopment projects in Sandy Hill.

Transportation

Desiree Lamoureux (contact)

and

Derek Reid (contact)

To support public transportation and improved pedestrian and bicycle paths instead of bigger roads and more cars.  On traffic calming, our position is that our neighbourhoods and residents take precedence over cut-through traffic from non-residents.
